Work was done well, I was just disappointed by the lack of communication.

Everyone was friendly when I called in, but our vehicle was there multiple weeks longer than expected and I did not receive explanations or information outside of “new expected date” texts unless I called in to get a better idea of what was happening. This was very frustrating for me as I requested calls back and didn’t receive that either.
