Repairs were done in a timely manner and the damage to the front end of my vehicle has basically been restored to what it was previously, save for messy paint splatter from the paint job I had to remove from the grille. Caliber maintained consistent and thorough communication throughout the entire process, keeping me update with each delay or next step. My lower rating only comes from the disparity in the cosmetic state of my vehicle at pick up compared to drop off. Most notably, I had custom made to order pink leather seats in the front. Upon pick up these seats were dirt brown. These seats were not cheap. I spent over an hour following pick up scrubbing said seats. Unfortunately the drivers side will need to be replaced as the stains are permanent. The vehicle also has a notable unpleasant chemical odor that lingers despite repeated cleanings. I have opted to just get it proffesionally detailed at this point. Additionally, prior to the incident that caused my vehicle to end up in the auto body repair shop, I shopped for quotes to have any paint chips or scratches in my paint repaired and a new ceramic coating applied. I went over each scratch with each appraiser. Upon pick up, there were multiple new scratches that were not there previously. Whether they were caused by mishandling or sitting outside in severe weather, it was disappointing as I pride myself in keeping my vehicles in peak condition. My vehicle is typically garsge kept due to the severe Wisconsin weather. Caliber does not have a secured lot nor are vehicle stored underneath anything. Caliber took responsibility for one of these said new paint chips and is going to fix this one, which partially mends the issue. Fortunately, as stated prior, I was already intending to have the remaining paint wear restored, although I imagine the price will now be higher as there are new panels on the front and rear of the veh that require paint restoration which are not the same color as the majority of the vehicle. Overall, my satisfaction was moderate.
