From start to finish I was kept appraised about the progress. At delivery a honest and accurate assessment was made, including explanations of the entire process of assessment ordering parts and the involvement of the insurance company etc. When I collected the car, it was presented as it just left the showroom- like new. I really appreciated the honesty and team spirit of everyone involved.
