As soon as I submitted my insurance claim and chose Caliber collision as my choice, they called me within 8 minutes and was able to get my car into the shop the very next day. They lead me through the whole process of what they visually saw was gonna have to get fixed and gave me updates every Tuesday and Thursday. They also gave me an estimated time of 2 weeks to get my car back and were able to return my car within 9 days. They also replaced the paint protection film that I previously had on my car as well. I was very satisfied.
