It took too long to get an appointment for estimate especially when repairs couldn't be made right away. When I got my car back only the repaired side had been treated with a wax-like substance which would be understandable except now half of my bumper is waxed and the other is not. It looks ridiculous.

When I first brought my car in they explained the process. They completed the repair work quickly. I was expecting it to take a couple weeks and they had it done in a week. I was called to know the parts arrived and that they were beginning repairs. The work is perfect. They did a walk around the car after the work was done to show me what was done. The only thing they didn’t do was fill my 26 gallon tank with gas, haha. Great communication and extremely friendly. Thanks everyone!
