They (Shop Manager Ken) didn't include my airbag light in my claim and I had to pay another $1045 out of pocket to have it fixed on top of my $500 deductible for insurance claim. Lobby receptionist watching online videos instead of helping customers.

Upon arrival my car was out in the parking lot and the first thing outta my mouth was, “oh my gosh, it looks soooo good!” My car is a root beer color and it is a hard color that isn’t popular, unique for sure and they did such a great job with matching the color!

I felt really good about caliber with the progress updates and amazing customer service when I was in definitely would go threw caliber again in the future. Would of really appreciated a full wax and buff instead of just the fixed areas but overall extremely satisfied
