The initial greeting I was given by the receptionist wasn't very nice. I feel I may have come off strong because of the amount of questions I had, but I wanted to make sure thing's were going to get taken care of. This was my first time working with caliber, so I was a bit nervous. After leaving the facility I was left without my questions answered or given vague answers. I was only reached out to once, but they did update my online claim which helped some. A huge positive was that our car was done sooner than the estimated time, which I was very thankful for. The gentleman who showed us the finished car was very kind and thanked us for the business. The car job was VERY good, but the initial interaction has me hesitant to come back if needed.

Caliber collision did a great job on my car. They left my car looking like if nothing happened to it. Other then that they finished my car in less than a month!. I Thought it was gonna take a while for my car to get fixed. But Caliber made it possible to get my car sooner then expected.... thank you Caliber collision for the great work and time.
