The people at Caliber were completely awesome. Their girl at the front desk made sure to call me when I had a question and she helped me stay really updated on my cars progress. And picking it up, it was so nice, they even washed it and vacuumed it. It hasn’t been so clean in a long time. They really went above and beyond for me. And I didn’t have to do ANYTHING except pick it up and drop it off. They even did all the work dealing with my insurance company. 5stars and then some. Highly recommend. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

It wasn’t the shop I expected to go to but I’m very glad that I did. They were professional and personable. They did everything to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle at all times, and when I picked it up it was absolutely beautiful.

Thank you for going to the extra effort of making me feel I was driving a new car again. The detailing of the headlight lenses and interior were a very unexpected surprise. It was like receiving an early Christmas present. I would recommend you highly to anyone who asks about body repairs. I've had other people tell me that when their vehicle was returned, the interior was full of dust. Thanks for a job well done!
