The only reason I didn’t choose 10 was because I wasn’t called or texted as to the approx. time of completion. It turned out ok because we were home from a trip. I was treated with quick friendly customer service and the assessment of the damage was so thorough. Your office is clean, courteous and professional. Thank you. My car smells so good too! I had a very negative experience from start to finish. I don't trust this business and will not be back. I will also warn my friends and family about this experience.

It took 4 attempts and a lot of arguing with the shop manager before the repairs were done to my satisfaction. They tried to claim that there was damage all over the car, insisted that there was old damage (untrue), and attempted to avoid further repairs by stating that my insurance company would total my car. This was a very frustrating experience exacerbated by the poor communication from the shop.

Some random douche-canoe stole my catalytic converter off my truck- I was able to get into Caliber Collision with in a day. Caliber Collision communicated with me throughout this process. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle after coordinating the repairs.
