I truly like los the service my vehicle was done on time, and it looked great, they are very professional and always welcome you with a pleasant smile, I didn’t have a ride home and they gladly gave me a ride and also to pick up my vehicle when done I highly recommend this place

Caliber collision was fantastic. A++ they were very knowledgeable and I knew exactly what was going to be done to my car. They kept me informed and fixed it quickly, then made sure I was happy with the service complete which I was. My car appears as if the accident never happened. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

All staff were friendly and professional and I was provided regular updates. When it took longer than expected they explained the issue to me and offered to assist me with a new rental car if I couldn't keep the one that I had for a longer period of time. Also, the estimate was quick and accurate and they appeared to work well with my insurance.

I paid my deductible 2 weeks ago and my repairs are still not complete. They have been trying to get the parts for over 2 weeks. First they ordered the wrong part and had to send them back. Then they ordered the correct part and has taken over a week and a half. I am extremely upset this is taking so long.

I feel that since I’ve already paid, the repairs should have been expedited. People are supposed to be calling me and giving me updates and they are not doing so. I have had to start calling in every day to check the status of my ordered parts.
