Very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they are. They take time to do the job correctly and keep you informed. My car was washed and cleaned even. Appreciate how quickly my car was repaired only 1 week and it was finished actually 6days. Definitely recommend.

Original estimate was incorrect and job was put on hold for a couple of days to get new part. Asked to have scratches on side of car buffed out. Said I would pay for this but it does not appear this was done or scratches could not be buffed out. That said, it does not appear I was charged for this.

Filing the claim was so easy and dropping off the car was smooth and had no issues and no wait times and I was taken care of with a rental car all covered by insurance! I received daily messages about the car and the process. Once the car was done I again had no problems and no wait times the car was ready to go and looked absolutely amazing ! Front desk was super helpful and stall was professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend Caliber collision !
