This was the most seamless, uncomplicated process I've been through with a car repair shop. I'd parked in the parking lot at a local restaurant for a friend's birthday, and when I came out after dinner, I had a significant dent with white paint embedded on the right rear side of my dark red car. There was no note and after looking at other cars in the lot, none were white. I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company and didn't have time to investigate other possible repair shops. After a little over a week, I picked up my car; they replaced the side panel and rear bumper (both had been damaged) and my 2015 Hyundai looks brand new again. The company was awesome sending "live" texts from a real person on the status of my car. They campleted the work ahead of schedule. I will definitely be using them again if needed.
