I was very happy with our experience at Caliber Collision. The communication throughout the repair process was excellent. They kept us informed about the progress of the repairs and made sure we knew what to expect, which made the whole process much less stressful. The repairs were also completed very nicely, and our Prius looks great. I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and quality of the work. The estimated date of completion was extended 2 or 3 times, i was called and updated each time with a thorough explanation. It reassured me that they werent just rushing it together and that they were taking care of all the unexpected things along the way. I havnt driven it much yet but so far so good!! Thank you
