Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful during this process. I was kept up-to-date on the repair and I didn’t even have to pick up my car or return my rental, which was a huge relief. My first experience with Gerber collision was not good. Chris the receptionist is not professional and needs customer service training. Then I got to talk with Jennifer. She did my estimate and explained everything. She is very nice and respectful. Louie is also very dedicated to doing an exceptional job. I appreciate Jennifer and Louie.
