My vehicle was not fully repaired my exhaust system has not been repaired, several codes are on my vehicle. Passenger side rear rim damaged due to vehicle resting on the inner walls of rim. The dates for pick up kept changing and extended to a month's time. I had to reach out to the company to get information.

It took too long to receive my vehicle back and it costs me a lot of money to keep the rental. Maybe you need to invest in rental cars so the people can get a good rate on the cars rented from you as they wait for you to finish fixing their vehicle.

Again it took about 3 weeks to get the vehicle back and I had to keep calling just to get an update. The app is not helpful because it only gets updated after the vehicle is complete. It doesn’t give an accurate status during the time that the vehicle is being fixed.

When I went in initially, I felt great vibes. I was greeted well, spoken to nicely, and kept well informed. During the process I was treated very well. But when I saw that only 2/3 of the work was done even though they claimed it was 100% finished and was paid for said work, I was extremely disappointed. I guess this is why car shops have the reputation they have. They didn’t do 1/3 of the work they claimed. I had to take my car back to show that the work wasn't done, wait through the weekend, then take it back again for them to finish it. When I asked what had happened, why did they claim they did the work they clearly did not, the response was "I couldn't say...maybe he forgot." I was dismissed, treated poorly, and rushed out. There are still related dings in the door, but I want nothing more to do with them. No one contacted me to explain or apologize; I never spoke to a manager. I will be reporting this to AAA, they should not recommend California Autobody North.

There was an entire portion of the job that was on the estimate with the exact information stated as completed of the finished job sheet, but that portion of the car was never even touched. The work done to the bumper area and driver's side back door was good work, looks great. However, the damage to the driver's door was not touched. The chunk taken out of the molding was still there, all of the dings and chips were still there, and all of the obvious red paint from the object that hit my car was still there. They billed and were paid for work they did not do.

First of all, I was happy there was an option of getting a used mirror compared to having to buy a new one. That saved me $$. Mirror was ordered, came in quickly and was installed at my earliest convenience. All went well! I am very happy with my product and your installation. I have used you before and were AAA recommended
