Juan was great with communication. Reuben was not. If I left a message at the office, it didn’t always get to the right person. The work that was done on my car was a good work. I think they could work on their communication among themselves to make sure the customer knows what’s going on.

I really like the service at California Collision. The staff (everyone i was in contact)was very friendly, they explained very well the process of the job. They even lift me up to get the rental car. I totally recommend this place. My car was fixed with 100% satisfaction on my side. 👍👍👍
