I can’t thank Ruben and the team at California Collision enough for the tremendous help with my vehicle. I was rear-ended while going through a car wash, and Ruben worked seamlessly with my insurance to take all the stress out of the process. The repair on my rear bumper is flawless, you’d never even know anything had happened. My vehicle was kept a little over a week, but it was well worth it because not only was the repair perfect, they also returned my car cleaned inside and out. Corner of bumper that was pained was defected from buffing wheel being left on too long and burned off the paint. Found clear coat drips on the carpet in the back seat. There’s bubbles in the paint where painted and some defects in the clear coat. Paint areas were scratched from taillight being forced back in after paint. Someone got clear coat on part of the chrome grill that won’t come off and is ugly. There was paint dust all over the back seat belts and all Ofer the carpet that never got cleaned up and I had to do it myself. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back due to lack of detail and just overall not caring about the quality of work being performed.

Although I'm overall satisfied with the repair service on my Jeep, I did notice something that may need to be looked at. The driver's door that was just repaired has a light clanging sound and feel when closing it, as if there's a part(s) missing from the door's interior. The door had a more solid sound and feel to it when closing it prior to this repair. Thank you!
