I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service here at California Collision here in Oceanside. The entire staff was extremely friendly and supportive. I was keep up to date the entire time regarding my vehicle and where it was at with the repairs. I would absolutely utilize their services again if I needed to.

The amount of time it took to complete my repair was out of this world. The shop told me they escalated me to “top priority” for my radiator support part and I found found out multiple shops had the part in stock weeks if not months before this location got my part. And then it was issues after issue after issue.

What an exceptional job to the say the very least ! I knew they were good but the job they did with my brand new 2022 car is beyond spectacular. The attention to detail was everything i hoped for and they delivered. You would never know I was in a car crash if you looked at my car now. Honestly I think it looks better now then when I first bought it haha. I’m extremely happy with the service over all. From the very beginning they were super nice, understanding, informed me about everything that was about to happen, what was going to get done, how long it was going to take and all. Communication was there ! Marc and the whole team was truly great ! The only shop i would trust. If I had to do it all over again I would without a second thought. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
