My service adviser called me and was very persuasive as to me picking up my car as it was done. I left work early to do so. Upon my arrival to caliber , my vehicle was getting washed. My adviser assured me everything had been done and inspected. Upon starting up my vehicle a low washer fluid warning came up on my dash. I figured it may need to warm up to clear. That’s not the case. The next day when I opened my hatch there were pieces all over the place and the carpet and trunk lid were open. I had to figure out where all the pieces went to assemble it my self. The trunk cover was installed backwards so whoever did this is inexperienced with Lexus vehicles. Now another day later my wife notices that there is damage to the rear wheel well trim. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the work and performed and my service advisor who is currently on vacation.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was wonderful! Andy took all my worries into consideration and made sure that I left feeling satisfied. The woman at the front with the kind personality and gorgeous hair was also very kind and understanding. My car was even done 2 days early!
