At first I was disappointed at the communication when I cancelled my appt for another time and the shop was not made aware of the change. But then communication s with Rosey were great and they got our car back to us earlier than expected. And it looks great

Getting my truck in for repairs went well. The work that was completed looks great, however, there was additional damage done to my truck while it was at the shop. No problem, the shop fixed it after a couple more days. After getting home, I noticed that they didn’t verify that the new tail light woks because it didn’t. I get to put in the new bulbs. I would have expected the shop to do this .
