David M was awesome. Great communication skills and Customer Service skills. Front desk receptionist with dark hair could have been nicer. Give her a 7 out of 10. She was only there for the pay check it seemed.

Only problem was when we from Caliber to Enterprise to get a rental they had low inventory and there were no cars that would work for us. Guess that is an Enterprise problem vs Caliber problem. Loved that Caliber had my car ready for their earliest estimate of when it could happen since they knew we didn’t have a rental!

I was satisfied after I took my car back for a second time for repairs. The first time was not pleased by the work. Paint job was not good and did not fix my driver side door lock. But was satisfied the second time.

First time repairs was not happy with. Took it back for a new paint job and fix my driver side door lock.Pick it up today and much better paint job and they fixed my door lock!
