Excellent service! I believe Noel was the associate that checked me out and was communicating with me throughout the whole process. Seriously though, it’s rare nowadays to get proper customer service and you guys in San Marcos made an impression on me. Will definitely recommend your shop to others. Repair was well done. Tony, who checked the paperwork and released my car on saturday was patient and helpful. Was notified on a friday at 4:30 pm that work was completed. I wasn't notified for a possible late call. I couldn't leave the house when i got the call. I had to pick up my car on saturday at 8:00 am. I was asked to pay for my $500.00 deductible though my AAA agent told beforehand that Caliber Collision is aware that it was waived. Called Customer service at AAA that saturday. Informed me that my agent should take care of it but she's not available during weekends. Even if i picked up the car on friday at 4:30 p.m, she won't be available either because it would be after office hours TX time. My agent Ciarra L informed me later that Caliber Collision was notified on several occasions. They're sending a replacement check. The issue was about the inconvenience (s).

Everyone at this location was friendly, efficient, and kind. They kept me in the loop the entire process, providing updates about my car without me prompting them. I really appreciated how seamless the drop off and rental process was. My car looks amazing and the work is outstanding.
