Was an absolutely seamless experience. Ted is awesome and made the whole process run very smooth. I showed up unexpectedly, super stressed out, unsure what to do but he was extremely helpful and assured me all would be fine. I didn’t worry about anything throughout the entire process, he took care of everything just as he said. When I received the car back, it looked amazing inside and out! Will definitely pass on what a great company this is to all my family and friends!

The repair work that was done was excellent. The price was also excellent. The only thing even slightly negative that I noticed was the dust and dirt left on my driver's side floor mat and inside the door. Easy enough to clean up but maybe good customer service to clean it before the customer picks up the car...really great experience overall..thanks.
