Initially I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. Not only did it take a month I was continually lied to by Shana every time I called to find out when the car would be ready. It was pathetic & extremely inconvenient to have pick up date changed repeatedly. Luckily I spoke with April when I hadn’t heard yet again from Shana. April came in on Saturday so we could get our car. She was friendly, professional & thorough. On Monday I received an email stating the work on my car was completed & I would be notified when I could pick it up. I replied I had picked it up 2 days ago. You have serious problems at this location
