Eastern Auto Works was great. I took my car in because the back passenger side window wouldn’t go up or down. They knew what the problem was right away and they took the inside door panel apart and they were right they had to order a part which came in two days. So one day later it was fixed so it took three days to get my car fixed. That’s awesome thank you very much. You guys were great.

The shop did a wonderful job repairing my damaged windshield and roof. Communication throughout the entire process was fantastic—Lauren kept me updated every step of the way. They even went above and beyond by fixing an extra dent on one of my doors! There was a minor hiccup where the overhead panel wasn't pushed all the way in, which slightly blocked the cabin camera. It wasn't a big deal at all, though—I just applied a little pressure to snap it into place, and it was good to go. Overall, excellent service and great work!
