The shop went above and beyond to help with my auto repair through no fault of the repair shop it took quite a while to get the replacement part from Toyota outside of that everything was great

Work was done to expectations, and car looks new from the hail damage. Still waiting on a molding, but it is not Cambridge Collision's fault.

Betty White got rear ended and was in DESPERATE need of a BBL…I have worked with Cambridge Collision in the past for a prior vehicle and I was satisfied then and I am satisfied now they are beyond accommodating and friendly Ms. Jackie is amazing she runs that front desk like none other. I appreciate them finding the things that the insurance adjuster overlooked…Betty White is back on the road and looking good. Unsure who detailed my car but this was the cherry on top for me and they did a beautiful job…

From my first visit to get an estimate, every interaction I had with your team was always so personal and professional. The repair and painting work I had done was absolutely outstanding and the car was returned to me more clean and "new", inside and out, then it has been since the day I first got the car, many years ago. Actually it was my husband Ron whose truck was in for repair after an encounter with a deer. While the repairs took double the time due to more extensive damage than originally estimated...the repairs were impeccable and we appreciate having such a company so close to home.

This was actually my husband's truck. It ended up taking a week longer due to finding problems with the radiator that weren't visible during the estimate. Did have to call to get status updates, but the end result was very good.
