What they said would be replaced on the estimate was not replaced when they did the work and I wasn't told till I picked my vehicle up upon completion

The explorer body damage was repaired beautifully and in a timely manner. Customer service was phenomenal! Sam was really good at keeping us posted as to how the vehicle was going through the process. Would highly recommend Cambridge collision.

They started the work when they said. Work was done satisfactorily. The original amount of time the repairs would take was many days shorter then the actual repair time. I would have scheduled differently had i know.
