Repairs are good! Next comments belong to next question. Realized too late. They are responsive to needs. EXCEPT: Wife waited for call from Cambridge and did not find out until approx 3 hrs later message was left for husband. Don’t like that the wife filed the claim, contacted Cambridge collision, is the primary on the policy, yet survey is address to husband on wife’s number. May be automated, but don’t appreciate it as I brought this to attention of State Farm and Cambridge Collision. Wife doing the survey since wife was only one involved in this except husband hit the deer. Wife always doing clean-up. 😁

When initial appointment happened, there was no expected time frame set. Called in for update to find out that it was going to be a full week, then had to track down rental car.
