I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and quality of the fix from a mechanical/operation perspective. I did notice that the new painted areas don't have a slight metallic flake (which is present on the car's original paint) which causes just a slight mismatch. I understand that the flake is hard (maybe even impossible) to replicate.. but I wish Cambridge Collision would have talked to me about this as part of the process of getting the car fixed.
