Repair was ok, didn’t take very long, however this place is dishonest. When I brought in my truck to get it estimated the manager said I don’t need an appointment and just bring it in. When I brought it in she insist they can’t provide me an estimate and would need to bring it back on another time by appointment to get my truck taken apart in order to get a an estimate. Oh boy to their understanding an estimate is already a repair. I feel like I got scammed. They could be honest as I was only brining my truck in for an estimate once I received estimate then I will decide if I want to proceed with repairs and they did not happened. The manager claimed I already signed the consent form which already giving them permission to take my truck apart and to proceed with repairs, No that is not what I want she did not make that clear to me. I told her specifically to begin with that I’m only there to get an estimate and nothing about repairing. This shop is a scam and desperate for money.

The work is great. My car looks like new. They are thorough. Found a problem with a tire during the work and got that fixed, too. Really appreciated how they took care of the paperwork and kept me apprised every step of the way.

Overall very happy, the only gripe is that communication was sometimes spotty (as for as updates) but whenever I called I always got and answer. But the end product was my truck looking EXACTY the way it was before my accident.
