The first round of repairs, done with aftermarket parts were not quite up to standard. Either mine OR the shop owners. It was the best work they could do with a poorly fitting part. Only on close inspection was the not quite right fit visible. So he ordered a factory part and I returned the following week to have that installed. Both jobs were fast and professional and I was very pleased.

Communication was excellent, shop and yard presented a organized and clean appearance compared to other shops I have seen. Staff was great, especially Keith who was courteous and quick with answers and returning phone calls. The biggest part I liked was their praise of USAA, good to see that level of cooperation and dedication to the customer and insurance companies. Car looks great too!
