I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire repair process. There was a delay due to parts availability, but the team did a great job communicating the situation and keeping me updated along the way. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and how well they kept me informed. I would definitely return to Gerber for any future vehicle repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision or repair services.

Overspray on the driver front tire, windshield smeared. Also there is still a broken wire harness on the driver side front under the hood. The customer service on the other hand was great. There was great communication and it seemed as though everything went smooth. The bulk of the repairs also looked great. The alignment of the hood and fender appeared factory and paint was matched perfectly. Overall not a terrible experience just seemed as though it was rushed. Honestly was expecting a little better.

I’m slightly hesitant to refer anyone just because of the few things mentioned. This may have been a one time thing but I do not know as I have not heard from anyone else who has used this location.

The majority of the work was completed flawlessly. However some of the work seem to lack professionalism. Such as over spray on the driver side tire. The windshield was smeared pretty bad to the point of it being nearly impossible to see with sun shining on it. Also there was a wiring harness that is still broken that was never replaced. The hood alignment however and paint match was spot on. As well as the fender and grille.

Customer service was great I felt that communication was strong throughout the process. The only thing was I felt more like I was being talked at than talked to. But the lady who I spoke with was still very helpful.
