The paint job was substandard. There were areas that were painted over that made it look worse than when car came in for repair. If advised would had opportunity to authorize repairs before painting was applied resulting in very dissatisfied repair. Question please contact me at 678-988-2460.

I had difficulty getting an appointment to get an appraisal. Someone had informed me that I had to bring my car in and leave it. And it couldn't be done on a Friday because USAA didn't rent cars over the weekend. ... The USAA rep had to call and get the ball rolling.
