Originally they stated a return date several weeks later than I needed. I cancelled the repair at Canon and they called me right back and “worked” my in to complete repair when I needed it. I appreciated their flexibility

Never. I have spent about $75,000 dollars with them since 2017. Never get another dime from me or my family.

Took almost 6 months to get vehicle fixed. Finally went and picked the truck up and drive it down the road only to have the front right side brake caliper come off and damage the rim and rotter. Had to wait 2 months to get a new rim.

Was constantly lied to by Kala the service manager. Was told at least 5 times truck would be ready Friday and never was. Was told it was waiting on everything from Decals to mirrors. Also told by here that they just could not find good help up there. Was not until I threatened to get a lawyer to one of the GM that I got my truck back. She would always tell me she would call me back and never did.

From my unstanding my car was on you all lot for weeks and know one knew it was there,a lot of damage was done on d car nothing was fix u all mis place my tag pics was shown dat when u got d car d tag was on there,now I dnt have a tag everything was just TERRIBLE can not n will not recommend anyone to go there for service
