The front bumper does not appear to be fastened properly, especially at the seam that meets the headlamp assembly. The bumper is protruding and not flush with the seam.

This vehicle has been at your shop for 10 weeks. It seemed an extreme period of time to fix side air bags, and then wait to be told suspension repair was necessary, and another 3 weeks wait time. The truck did not have window tint replaced, and the passenger's mirror is cracked, but was not replaced. The headlights are not working, and there was grease on the leather seats when I picked up the vehicle. It seems we are stuck between you as the vendor and Allstate, but we the customer, were the ones inconvenienced.
