I think I spoke with Joey, he was absolutely professional, took his time in explaining and ensured that I understood everything wrong with my vehicle. I cannot remember the lady’s name that called me about the release of my vehicle but it starts with a “K”, I think! She provided EXCELLENT customer service by phone and in person! She insisted on doing her job even when I declined (removing the tag from the car)! They are the only reason I’m completing this!
