I am rating a 10 PLUS for the outstanding service from knowledgeable, caring, passionate people that gave their word with caring hearts and completely delivered what they promised, which is not very commonplace anymore. As of this writing, I have only used my car once to drive, and it seems fine. The outside body work was done impeccably. Everyday my car was in the shop, they called with caring updates, and it was ready as promised. I received my car shiny clean, and I left with a very happy heart for the wonderful service and care I received from Greg, Jody, and Dave, and all those that worked on my car that I am not aware of. This shop is a true asset to 21st Century/Farmers Insurance. Thank you.
