From the time I dropped my car off unannounced after an accident the customer service was incredible. I appreciate that they kept me updated every step of the way with work progress and potential completion time. Quality workmanship and left the car spotless inside and out. Great local place that I have used several times and will go back to!

Always love Cape Auto! Very helpful above and beyond. Caring, trustworthy, responsive, look forward to dealing with them even though of course it’s an awful situation. Front desk person incredible and I felt like she was totally on my side. Made extra calls for me - made it a breeze. Person who looked at the car with me and explained repair and timing -plain and real talk, like and trust him immediately. Definitely recommend to others.

I was happy with the repair. Picked up car and it was nice and clean. Everyone in the office was friendly. The app doesn't update in real time. Received notification that my car was ready for pick up. I had picked my car up 5 days prior.
