Capital Auto is an I-CAR GOLD CLASS collision repair facility. The shop has been serving the Fairfax, Northern Virginia and the greater DC metro areas for over 30 years. In 2021 ownership changed which led to a complete overhaul of the business including a top to bottom office renovation, new equipment, improved processes, new talent and the commitment of ongoing education and training, which transformed us into one of the most modern, efficient and competent collision repair shops in the DC area. Our goal is to provide top of the line repairs, customer service and overall experience. We use top of the line paint products to match our ambition for excellence. We promise to bring your vehicle to its pre-loss condition in appearance, safety and functionality, while minimizing the hassle that comes with being involved in an accident.

They were very nice and kind. However, there was an issue with my car and it wasn’t communicated until I attempted to start my car in which it didn’t start. I don’t like to play the guessing game and I was not happy to learn that upon trying to pull off.

The staff was good but their liaison person, NO. I strongly believe that my repair didn’t cost as much n damage is not as was told. I felt that added damage was listed to pad claim. I strongly believe that the glass glider & rubber wasn’t damage.
