Capital Auto is an I-CAR GOLD CLASS collision repair facility. The shop has been serving the Fairfax, Northern Virginia and the greater DC metro areas for over 30 years. In 2021 ownership changed which led to a complete overhaul of the business including a top to bottom office renovation, new equipment, improved processes, new talent and the commitment of ongoing education and training, which transformed us into one of the most modern, efficient and competent collision repair shops in the DC area. Our goal is to provide top of the line repairs, customer service and overall experience. We use top of the line paint products to match our ambition for excellence. We promise to bring your vehicle to its pre-loss condition in appearance, safety and functionality, while minimizing the hassle that comes with being involved in an accident.

Very professional and highly customer care oriented. The agent worked with me when I brought the car in for estimation to explore various options to circumvent the supply chain problems. He then kept me posted with updates every few days until the car was repaired.

Only small complaint was that I had been expecting to hear from them after the initial evaluation for an estimate of the time. Instead I received a call 5 or 6 days later saying the car was ready. It created some stress to get out of work early on short notice to pick up the car and return the rental car
