Capital Auto is an I-CAR GOLD CLASS collision repair facility. The shop has been serving the Fairfax, Northern Virginia and the greater DC metro areas for over 30 years. In 2021 ownership changed which led to a complete overhaul of the business including a top to bottom office renovation, new equipment, improved processes, new talent and the commitment of ongoing education and training, which transformed us into one of the most modern, efficient and competent collision repair shops in the DC area. Our goal is to provide top of the line repairs, customer service and overall experience. We use top of the line paint products to match our ambition for excellence. We promise to bring your vehicle to its pre-loss condition in appearance, safety and functionality, while minimizing the hassle that comes with being involved in an accident.

I was mostly satisfied with the customer service. The lady who served me when I picked up the car went above and beyond in helping with the return of the rental car. My slight disappointment with the customer service was the lack of clarity on when repairs will be completed especially as this was around Thanksgiving and I needed to make plans.
