The repairs weren’t completed properly, additionally communication was a major problem, calls were not returned and it was very difficult to get updates. Further when I pointed out the repairs that’s weren’t correct the staff argued with me that they were right and wouldn’t look at what was wrong.

Ladies in front office was great and my repair man Eddie even made sure my oil change got done like I asked before I picked up my truck. I will be back if anything else is needed.Eddie had no problem answering questions I had and by me being a woman a dealing with a vehicle sometimes we don't get that same respect as men.
