Two delays in returning the repaired car were inconveniences. CDM's kind apologies and a $50 deduction did much to ameliorate the situation. However, informing us earlier in each day about the two delays would have helped us adjust our schedules. The work, however, was lovely!

I would say we liked the result but were dissatisfied with their ability to keep us looped in with the problems they were having with their parts delivery and their paint booth. Much of the problem may have been due to the owner having been out of town; there needs to be a process to ensure that employees have the support to deal with normal interruptions in work flow without leaving the customer hanging

CDM Collision helped make the repair process smooth following a not-at-fault accident. They helped coordinate repairs with insurance and were transparent about costs with me. I appreciate them greatly and am extremely satisfied with the work they did to make my car look better than before!

Great work, pleasant to work with. Missed a few of small things to br repaired , but fixed ithe error immediately. Don't want to go back. But if I need bodywork again I will definitely use this company
