Capitol City Body Works was originally started in 1960. It has been under 6 owners. Tommy Paul, the current owner, has been here 30 years. He worked under the previous owner, learning all aspects of the business. In 2001 he purchased the business. It is our goal to do quality repairs in a timely manner. Over the years we have developed a good working relationship with most of the insurance companies. We do the repair work for two of the dealerships here also. We find that a large portion of our customers are previous customers or someone sent by them. We have 20 employees and 85% of them have been here over 15 years. Our goal is to repair a vehicle back to the condition it was before the accident because "We're not satisfied until you're satisfied, and believe me that makes a difference".

Neil was quite knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was thoughtful and considerate. He helped us when our grandson had an accident in Troy and his car was towed to CCBW. Unfortunately car was a total loss. Grandson not hurt. We've used CCBW in past years and have been very satisfied with the product you provide. As far as i can tell everything is good with our car. Thank everyone who worked on it.
