They took, in my opinion, quite a long time to complete repairs. On the other hand I don’t know how long it should have taken. Anyway it came out perfect and the company keeps you informed as the repairs go along. I would definitely recommend them. They are meticulous in their repair jobs.

Tailgate didn’t line up. I was told the tailgate bushings were worn out. Makes the tailgate harder to open and close. I would have paid to get them replaced while the tailgate was off. Nobody told me until I noticed it when I picked it up. Can you guys do that while I wait on it?

I was told my tailgate gap was because the bushings are worn out. It is difficult to open and close the tailgate. I didn’t have this problem before the accident. No one called me to see if I would pay to have new bushings put in while the tailgate was off.
