Very communicative from day 1! Haven’t been in an accident in years, was a little confused on the process, Zach walked me through everything step by step to get my repair set up through the other party’s insurance. Sarah was always nice and helpful when I would call to get updates. Both ensured they did their part to get the other insurance company to be on point. Both very friendly and welcoming. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Very glad I stuck with my instincts and used Car Star for my repairs. They are on their customers side from the get go and I never felt like I had to deal with it all by myself. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd vehicle that CarstarElite has fixed for us. They replaced with original parts. They had to paint some things on our truck and the paint was exactly the same color as rest of truck. You can't tell what they painted and what was already painted. BEAUTIFUL JOB!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARSTAR ELITE!!
