I really dont know. Have always had excellent service. Car was not repared in some spots that would be considered excellent. Almost looks like some things were rushed.

Hood was replaced and painted. Had scratches on brand new hood when recieved it. Also, other scratched from damage not painted properly. Can see the scratches/nicks through the paint.

The front desk was responsive, but for 4 days I was told my car was finished and waiting on inspection. After the 4th day I called and complained and Heidi had to go in the back to speak to the shop manager to find out what the hold up was. I was called later that afternoon letting me know it was ready for pickup. I don't think it would have been complete had I not called.

The receptionist in the front , I think her name was Heidi was wonderful. She had the rental waiting for me when I brought the car and when I returned to get my car , she was able to return the rental car for me . She was wonderful! Very nice! I found it very rude on the day that I picked up the car that not one service worker walked me out of the car to show me what work was done on the car and if I was satisfied. I thought it was rude and indifferent. The car was fixed to my satisfactory when I looked at it by myself. Not one service worker would walk out to that car and overlook it with me to make sure that I was happy. I will not return for anything ever again. The best part of this whole experience was Heidi who made my trip going there and coming back with the rental car and very sweet and easy to talk to.
