The receptionist in the front , I think her name was Heidi was wonderful. She had the rental waiting for me when I brought the car and when I returned to get my car , she was able to return the rental car for me . She was wonderful! Very nice! I found it very rude on the day that I picked up the car that not one service worker walked me out of the car to show me what work was done on the car and if I was satisfied. I thought it was rude and indifferent. The car was fixed to my satisfactory when I looked at it by myself. Not one service worker would walk out to that car and overlook it with me to make sure that I was happy. I will not return for anything ever again. The best part of this whole experience was Heidi who made my trip going there and coming back with the rental car and very sweet and easy to talk to.

There was Dustin inside windshield and on dash of vehicle it had just came from detail from you it should have been clean but looks like they washed the outside. There were hand prints on back cargo area I had to clean off
