Hello, this is Ana Viramontes I picked up my car last Tuesday a hyundai sonata 2020. I notice that the trunk of the car does not close properly. I have to use a lot of force to get it to close. The entire rear bumper is misaligned; it is tighter on one side than the other. Lastly, the plastic part of the bumper feels loose. I would appreciate it if you could inspect and fix these issues. My Experience

While the repair of my rear bumper was done well, I was not happy to fin my car in the lot parked next to tree branches brushed up against the repaired bumper and back of my cat possibly causing scratches. Also, I was expected see the car washed but instead it had stains of wiper fluids on my windshield. Joe was great throughout the time but bit disappointed on the finishing touch.
