They were very professional and did everything they said they would do and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the experience a positive one considering we just had an accident. There was one very minor blemish, barely visible on the bumper. It came with a slight blemish from the part provider and was painted. The shop assured me that if anything happened in the future, they would fix it. I feel confident it will be fine, but I am secure in knowing if it got more noticeable that they would fix it.
