Randy and all the other staff at the shop were very professional and friendly. My main case handler was Randy who happened to be scheduled for vacation after my initial estimate but everyone in the office not only covered my claim it felt as though it was their own. This definitely includes the office staff who were excellent with communication and processing the claim. The vehicle looks and rides great. We were told the parts were in and to bring in the rental car. This started the clock ticking on my rental allowance. The last of the parts took a few more weeks to come in and since I didnt' want to pay for more rental time I was forced to turn in my rental and go without a car for 16 days. We also received a call mid-repair that the battery had died and had to bring down the second key because they couldn't get in the car.

we were given an estimate for $3000. That’s what I expected when I finish signing the papers it was $2000 more. I think they’re trying to rob your insurance company if I owned insurance company I wouldn’t not be paying them extra $2000 for what they did.
